Pipeline engagement model
Our pipeline engagement model is built for teams that already know which warehouse or lakehouse they target but need hands-on engineering to make orchestration dependable.
Phase 1 — Interface inventory
We document sources, authentication, expected volumes, and freshness targets. Output is a short interface catalog and a risk list (schema drift, partial files, API pagination limits).
Phase 2 — Orchestration skeleton
We implement the DAG or job graph with stub transforms and real scheduling, secrets, and observability. You can run empty or sample loads in staging before business logic lands.
Phase 3 — Transform delivery
Business rules land in incremental commits with contract tests at boundaries. Each merge includes runbook notes for on-call: what to check, how to pause, how to replay.
Phase 4 — Handover
We pair with your engineers on a production cutover window and leave checklists for monitoring dashboards you already use.
Review service areas or send a pipeline sketch when you are ready to scope a milestone.
