What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and message content. When you use the cookie banner we store your consent choice in your browser’s local storage under the key vpdc-consent-preference.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and perform pre-contract steps at your initiative (PDPA Article 19 category: personal data you provide for contract negotiation). Consent preference is stored to honour your choice about nonessential storage as described on the Cookie notice.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after our last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute records. Consent strings remain until you clear site data or we change the storage key (we will reset the banner if that happens).

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request to query, review, request a copy of, supplement, correct, stop processing, or delete your personal data, subject to statutory exceptions. Contact info@vectorpipeline.digital; we will verify identity before acting on sensitive requests.

Processors and transfers

Inquiries are received by a form handler on the same domain (/api/inquiry) operated for our business. We do not sell personal data. If you ask us to work with vendors in other regions during a consulting engagement, that processing is governed by your separate contract with us, not by this marketing site.

Security

We use HTTPS for this site and restrict access to inquiry payloads to staff who need them for sales and delivery.
