Refund and cancellation policy

Proposed terms — pending business confirmation; framed with Taiwan Consumer Protection Act distance-selling concepts where applicable.

Vector Pipeline Data Consulting Co., Ltd. (UBN 95518103) provides paid project-based consulting. This policy explains refunds for fees paid to us for those services.

Seven-day withdrawal (distance contracts)

For service contracts concluded remotely without face-to-face negotiation, consumers may request withdrawal within seven days of receiving our signed confirmation, provided we have not begun deliverables with your express consent to start early. Digital materials or access credentials you explicitly asked us to deliver during that window may limit withdrawal for the portion already consumed.

Project deposits and milestones

Statements of work may require a deposit before scheduling engineering time. Deposits are non-refundable once kickoff criteria in the contract are met (for example, repository access granted and Phase 1 calendar started). Unused prepaid milestones may be refunded minus work already performed at our standard day rates stated in the contract.

Cancellations by you

You may cancel a future phase with fourteen days’ written notice. We invoice for accepted work through the cancellation date and for non-cancellable third-party costs we already incurred on your behalf.

Cancellations by us

If we must cancel for conflict of interest or inability to staff the engagement, we refund unused prepaid fees within fourteen business days to the original payment method.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days; bank processing may add additional days.
