Content on this site describes our programming consulting services for data pipeline development and orchestration. It is information, not a binding offer, until we sign a written statement of work or master services agreement.

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe systems without permission, or scrape contact data for unsolicited marketing.

Consulting services

Paid engagements are governed by the contract you sign with us, including scope, fees, acceptance criteria, and confidentiality. If a signed contract conflicts with this page, the contract controls.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we retain ownership of pre-existing tools and frameworks we bring to a project. Deliverables defined in your statement of work are licensed or assigned as specified there.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Taiwan law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this informational site. Service liability limits appear in your project contract.

Governing law

These terms are interpreted under the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Kaohsiung shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction for disputes relating to this site, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
